Orders are shipped using Royal Mail unless stated otherwise.

At this time, PRECISION LABS does not ship outside of the United Kingdom.

We offer FREE shipping on UK mainland orders over £100.

This offer excludes the following locations:

Northern Ireland
Scottish Highlands
Scottish Isles
Channel Islands
Isle of Man
Isle of Wight
Isles of Scilly

Shipping rates for these locations will be calculated at checkout.

Unattended Delivery (“Safe Place”) Requests

If you choose to leave an order note requesting that your parcel be left in a safe place, with a neighbour, or in another location, this is done at your own risk.

Once the courier confirms that the parcel has been delivered to the location you specified, PRECISION LABS cannot be held responsible for any loss, theft, or damage resulting from the parcel being left unattended.

Our Usual Shipping Times

UK Mainland

Orders placed Monday – Friday are typically delivered within 1–3 working days via Royal Mail.

Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Scottish Isles, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight & Isles of Scilly

Delivery usually takes 2–5 working days.
